AnonymousNo he just cheated on her and broke her heart. Chuck never meant to hurt Blair. And i know you can’t compair the two programmes because they are so different, the way they are written and gossip girl is more of a drama than a sitcom but the friendship or dan and blair, to me mirrors joey and rachel… Joey loved Rachel for a while before they made a go of it, and it didn’t work. that’s how i think Dair will go. I do like Dair but only to like bestfriend level.
How do Ross and Rachel even compare to Chuck and Blair?? They had a totally different relationship, they were loving, caring, cute, and nurturing. Plus Ross was in love with Rachel since high school and Chuck only started to feel something for Blair after the limo. Ross was always supportive/stood by her even when they weren't together, plus they were able to be friends and find their way back but w. Chair their just stuck i think...if anything its kinda reversed. Plus Joey is more like Nate tho
